privisay is designed with privacy as its foundation. Unlike cloud-based speech-to-text services, privisay processes all audio locally on your Mac. Your voice data never leaves your device.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

privisay does not collect, transmit, or store:

Audio recordings or voice data
Transcribed text content
Usage analytics or telemetry
Personal information
Device identifiers

The application makes zero network requests during normal operation. After the initial download, privisay works entirely offline.

3. Local Processing

All speech recognition is performed on-device using Apple's built-in speech recognition framework. Audio is processed in real-time and is not stored or cached by privisay.

4. Website Data

When you visit our website (privisay.com), we may collect standard web analytics data such as page views and referral sources. This data is anonymized and used solely to improve our website. The website does not access or interact with the privisay application on your Mac.

5. Purchase Data

When you purchase privisay, your payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive only the information necessary to fulfill your order (email address for license delivery). We do not store credit card information.
