By purchasing, downloading, or using privisay ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use privisay on any Mac computers that you personally own or control. This license is perpetual and includes all future updates to the Software.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software to others
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

3. System Requirements

privisay requires an Apple Silicon Mac (M1, M2, M3, M4, or later) running macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later. The Software may not function correctly on unsupported systems.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with privisay for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

5. Intellectual Property

privisay and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of their respective owners. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

8. Speech Recognition Accuracy

privisay uses on-device speech recognition technology. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee perfect transcription results. The accuracy may vary based on factors such as audio quality, accent, background noise, and vocabulary.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
